From one truck
to thirty-two zones.
In 2014, our founder Adrian Cole walked into his daughter's nursery and noticed a film on the windowsill — the residue of a pesticide that was supposed to be "child-safe." He spent the next six months calling chemists, asking what actually belonged inside a family home.
The answer turned out to be: less than the industry was using. So we built a small company around the simplest possible idea — start with the gentlest treatment that will work, scale up only when needed, and tell the homeowner exactly what's going on the whole way through.
Twelve years later, we still run that way. We've grown to 24 technicians and 32 service zones, but every protocol still gets signed off by Adrian before it touches a customer's home.
Make eco-safe pest control the default, not the upgrade.
Plant-derived chemistry, low-pressure application, full disclosure. Every customer, every visit, every time.
A world where you never have to choose between safe and effective.
We invest 8% of revenue into research with three independent toxicology labs to keep narrowing that gap.
What "eco-safe" actually means at Swechha Pest Control.
Lowest effective dose
We use diagnostic tools to dose by infestation severity, not by spray-tank size.
Plant-derived actives
Pyrethrin from chrysanthemum, neem oil, essential-oil blends. Synthetics only as backup.
No persistent residue
Treatments break down to inert components within 14 days, by design.
Targeted not broadcast
Bait stations, gel injections, perimeter-only sprays. We protect pollinators on purpose.
Full chemical disclosure
Every visit ends with a printed treatment record — exactly what was applied, where.
Independent toxicology
Three third-party labs review formulations annually. Reports are public on request.
Twelve years, four certifications,
one consistent answer.
We've kept our license clean since day one — no consumer complaints upheld by any state board, ever.
