1. Service Offerings & Scope
Swechha Pest Control Services provides professional, eco-friendly, plant-based residential and commercial pest management. All services are performed by licensed technicians trained in low-impact targeted chemical application and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) protocols.
- Free Inspections: Our initial 30-minute inspection is complimentary and carries no obligation. It is designed to identify active pest colonies, assess risk vectors, and outline a custom, safe treatment plan.
- Custom Quotations: Any price quote provided is valid for 30 days from the inspection date.
- Service Access: Customers must ensure safe access to all treated areas of the property (including crawlspaces, perimeter walls, and utility closets) at the scheduled service time.
2. Customer Preparation Responsibilities
To achieve maximum efficacy and absolute safety, some treatments require preparatory actions by the homeowner or business representative (e.g., emptying specific cabinets, clearing floor areas, keeping pets and children off treated surfaces for a designated window, or sealing exposed food). These preparation instructions will be shared in writing prior to your appointment. Failure to complete required preparation may compromise treatment results and may result in rescheduling fees.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are clearly stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable local taxes.
- Payment Terms: Payment is due immediately upon the completion of service, unless pre-arranged monthly/annual subscription terms apply.
- Method of Payment: We accept cash, credit cards, digital UPI wallets, and bank transfers.
- Cancellation & Rescheduling: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a booked service. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a minor rescheduling fee.
4. Service Guarantees & Warranties
We stand behind our work. Many of our recurring service agreements and select single treatments include a warranty period (e.g., our 1-year termite guarantee or seasonal mosquito coverage). If the specified pests return inside the warranty period, we will perform targeted touch-up treatments at no additional cost. Warranties are void if the customer fails to follow standard preventative guidelines, structural repair suggestions (e.g., sealing moisture leaks, patching wall gaps), or hygiene recommendations provided by our technicians.
5. Limitation of Liability
While our technicians exercise extreme care, Swechha Pest Control Services is not liable for pre-existing structural damage caused by wood-boring insects, rodents, or water decay prior to our intervention. Additionally, we are not responsible for minor cosmetic wear and tear arising from standard access protocols (such as drilling small holes for sub-slab termite treatments) that are explained and agreed upon before work commences.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to our website or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Guwahati, Assam.
